Okay, I’m just going to put this out there.

I’ve been building Serenade Cleaning for the last five years, and one of the hardest parts of this business has not been finding clients.

It’s been finding reliable support.

Not people who say they clean.

People who show up.

People who communicate.

People who care about the homes they enter and the clients they serve.

The funny thing is, I know those people exist because I’ve met them.

Some run their own cleaning businesses.
Some work independently.
Some are just quietly doing excellent work every day.

Over the years I’ve also learned something else:

We don’t have to build these businesses alone.

Some of the best things I’ve learned came from other cleaning professionals who were willing to share their experience, answer questions, or jump in and help on a project.

So I’m finally going to do something I’ve been thinking about for a long time.

I’m starting a directory of local cleaning professionals and cleaning business owners who believe in doing good work and supporting one another.

This isn’t about recruiting employees.

This isn’t about taking clients.

This isn’t about competition.

It’s about creating connections.

Maybe that looks like helping on a large project.

Maybe it’s covering a schedule when someone gets sick.

Maybe it’s training opportunities.

Maybe it’s sharing resources, products, systems, or lessons learned.

Maybe it’s simply knowing who to call.

I have a strong core team at Serenade, and I’m incredibly grateful for them. But I’m realizing that building more support within our cleaning community benefits everyone—cleaners, business owners, teams, and clients alike.

If you’re a cleaner or cleaning business owner and this resonates with you, send me a message.

I’d love to connect.
